Buck was very professional during his visit to include on time within stated time range, introduction, shoe covers, neat appearance and exit.
During the exit, Buck advised me that one of their check points showed a slight weaker signal than is normal but not to the point of replacement. Just keep an eye on the units and call them if we have a problem in the future. I was extremely pleased.
Shelby showed up on time and communicated when we was on his way. He was polite, efficient and respected my home.
