These folks were not the highest nor the lowest from 4 Bids I solicited but certainly the most detailed with their bid presentation of how to solve my HVAC concerns. We had 2 1/2 days of work done rezoning my 2 story home and replacing the Thermostats with new Trane Nexia Thermostats, a NEW Trane 5 Ton condenser unit with a new Variable speed and a Trane Clean Effects filtration unit. Lots of NEW Duct work as well. The work went went smoothly and perfectly. The install Team was efficient with little disruption to the house. All work areas were cleaned up very well. Every detail of the job was explained and reviewed before and after the work was completed. After building this home 8 years ago this is the first time my wife and I have been able to sleep without the ceiling fan on. The air in our home now feels very balance.
