Shelby did a check on the HVAC unit at a house I'd like to buy. He discovered what was wrong and provided a fair price to repair the issue which also included an annual check up on heating in the fall and cooling next spring. Whether I end up buying the house or not, I will be using Coventry & Gattis for my future HVAC repairs. They we very professional!
I was surprised by how quickly they arrived, and the tenacity took to trace down our problem. The switch need will have to come in and be put on later, meanwhile, a workaround was provided in lew of the approaching weather.

The issue was diagnosed pretty quickly. Unfortunately the system was 22 years old so we decided to go with replacing instead of repairing. The replacement appointment was set up for the very next day. The tech took the time to answer all of my questions as well as those my family on speaker phone had. He was patient and professional. Thank you Daniel!
Daniel was professional and trustworthy. We were quoted a brand new system for 20K by a competitor and Daniel was able to make a small repair that fixed our issue. Unfortunately companies like Coventry and employees like Daniel are more rare these days. I will call Coventry again when we need a repair.
