Their service technician (Cedric J), did a great job troubleshooting the problem and got our AC back up a running same day. He was very professional and courteous.
Our a/c stopped working late one afternoon recently. We called Coventry and Gattis for repair. In the heat of summer we knew it might take a while for a repair tech to come out. We were pleasantly surprised that Buck was able to come out that same evening. He did a great job quickly solving the problem and got our a/c up and running again. He was very friendly and provided good information. Buck even called the next morning to be sure all was well. We highly recommend Coventry and Gattis.
We love Coventry and Gattis! We have been using them for several years now. They are a great company. They have always taken good care of us. They have fixed our A/C unit more than once. Specifically, David Yoak does a fantastic job! Also Buck recently came out for maintenance. He did a great job as well.
