Greg showed up early, which is unheard of. He called me before coming and was very polite. He made sure he had his booties on before entering the house so the floors didn't get messy. Greg was great with my barking dogs. He took care of everything he needed to and was on his way. It was nice to have the same service technician from before so he was familiar with my home and furnace.
Very professional and friendly. Work was 'top-drawer'. I won't hesitate to call again for any work.
