Buck did our maintenance on both of our Trane units. He was very polite and professional and took the time to answer and explain all of my questions and concerns.
Coventry & Gattis is my go to heating and a/c company and Daniel is a rockstar for them. He also was on call over a weekend recently and helped get an important question answered for a real estate deal I was working. Great guy and great service level from company.

Buck did a great job in servicing our two units. His HVAC knowledge was demonstrated in his responses to our questions. He also explained the new insulation requirements for an attic and showed us the deficiency in our current insulation vs the standard. Thank you Buck for a job well done!
Gregg was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to answer questions. He was not able to resolve our issue (turned out we need a plumber) but kindly referred us to a local plumbing company that they trust.

I have been a customer of Coventry and Gattis for several years now and this company is top notch. I have had 4 technicians over the years and they have all been amazing. Today, Daniel came and performed the maintenance check for my HVAC system. He called ahead to let me know he was coming and he was right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and so very polite. I especially like that this company offers a service agreement with a little bit of extra incentives.
