Very professional and honest. They did not try to up charge me for a small problem that other company quoted over a $1000+ to fix. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC problems.

I highly recommend Coventry & Gattis, and technician David in particular. We had an A/C unit go out. They returned our call promptly, had a technician available right away, who arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and got our A/C working again! I will definitely use Coventry & Gattis again when needed!
Dave came out to do my HVAC annual service. I also mentioned a possible leak since my ceiling had started blistering. Dave found and repaired at no charge an issue with the installation of the float sensor, which Coventry and Gattis had installed 3 years prior. He also fixed a blocked drain to the sink at no charge. Lastly he arranged to have someone repair the blistered ceiling.
I won't go into detail, but I've been severely impacted by COVID-19 this week and Dave really made my day. I can't say enough good things about Dave and Coventry and Gattis and highly recommend them!
I've been using Coventry and Gattis for the last 10 + years and I have always been very pleased with their service. Today Lisa was able to fit me in to their schedule, and Tarek replaced my thermostat. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and they take care of your issue before they leave. Great company!!
The team arrived promptly at the agreed time. They were very efficient and yet careful with our property as they installed a replacement air-conditioning unit. They completed the installation and explained the changes in the new system.

We've been Coventry & Gattis customers for several years. Recently, the motor on our AC failed. Cedric came out in a few hours. He correctly diagnosed the problem went back to the office for a new motor and stayed late in the evening to complete the repair. We were very satisfied and grateful for all his hard work and especially that he stayed that night to finish.
Coventry are very professional and trustworthy. The techs go above and beyond to help the customer out. Coventry has my business for all my AC and plumbing needs.
