Buck was very knowledgeable about explaining the problem to me, and patient because I ask a lot of questions. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed, and he tested the unit after he finished working on the problem to be sure it was operating properly.
Buck was on time, courteous and very professional. He took the time to fully diagnose the problem and explain the issue. The price point for the work was fair and justified.
Very pleased with Coventry and Gattis A/C! They were able to come out to my house hours before the other companies were and Tarek was able to quickly diagnose and fix our A/C. Thank you to Tarek and team!
