We love Tarek - he always takes the time to explain what he is seeing and if there are any issues or if everything is good. He also gives options for resolving any issues. He is always very professional and pleasant.
I have been using Coventry & Gaddis for years. The office staff, Lisa, is very nice and responsive. The technicians are all knowledgeable and professional. Most of the time, I get the same technician, Cedric. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Cedric determined a part needed to be replaced. He will complete the job tomorrow
